e-FYP PORTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

This sytem is to use for reducing the manual processes that associated with the management of final year projects for UTAR. The processes start from the collection of FYP titles from lecturer and students record down to the final clearance of the project. This could provide a paperless environment with the FYP Management system. Processes that will be automated are outlined below:

• Online registration for the project titles
• Allocation of projects to the students
• Students can view for the status of the FYP titles whether it has been registered or not
• Upload the softcopy of report submission
• Update log book biweekly or weekly basis.
• Online evaluate the performance of reports done by students
